Ive finished the VerticalAnimation and HorizontalAnimation implementation with some small refactorings

Changes

• Horizontal\Vertical animation implementation
• Base page to reduce code duplication (example project)
• Load data command on base class to reduce code duplication (example project)
• Some early return pattern refactorings
• Page4 and Page5 creation
• Removed Resource.Designer.cs from the git source
