Unnecessary constants defined in bp-album-core.php #25

[What steps will reproduce the problem? (We need detailed, specific steps)]
In bp-album-core.php, BP Media checks if WP_CONTENT_DIR, WP_CONTENT_URL, 
WP_PLUGIN_DIR and WP_PLUGIN_URL are defined.

This is unnecessary as these are always defined in 
/wp-includes/default.constants.php (or /wp-settings.php in older versions of WP)

bp-album-2010-08-08

[What version of WordPress are you using?]
WP 3.0

I wrote a 'TODO:' in the code to check if declaring was necessary but still 
didn't checked, thanks!
