This questionnaire will be submitted to Clinical Engineers.

The set of questions you have added are related to the user interviews or even contextual inquiries where we either ask the users few questions by directly talking to them or ask them to use our product and perform some tasks on our product, then take feedback

Important questions from your list - 3.1, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5

We can other questions like - As a Clinical engg, have you ever used any product to request equipment repair/new equipments? If, so, which is the top feature that you liked in that product and why? [This would help us understand even competitor products if at all and any feature that is need from the hospital point of view]

I had a look at it and I think it's a good start. If you are asking them to try the product, if possible, i would 1) tell them this is still in evolution 2) record the session
