Improving the Translation: 1- Line 19: department is translated as "Departman" in the original file. It has been changed to "Bölüm" as we don't use former in the medical context. I've checked Turkish hospitals' page as to be sure. Having made this change it is obligatory to change line 33 because the same term is used there. "Departman bilgisinin girilmesi zorunludur" has been changed to "Bölüm bilgisinin girilmesi zorunludur." 2- Line 32: "Tarih geçmiş olması zorunludur," is not lexically correct. I can understand the sentence but it is poorly constructed therefore confusing. Instead it is changed to "Geçmişteki bir tarihi seçmeniz zorunludur."
