Heigan Mana Burn #46

Would it be possible to add a timer for the AoE mana burn on Heigan? On the Lightshope repack he casts it at exactly the same time as the first eruption (15 seconds after start of fight, or 10 seconds after the end of a dance phase), and exactly every 3.0 seconds after that, until a dance starts, and so on.
