Frozen Design #22

What do I do if my site's design---which is still under construction---appears frozen, regardless of what I change? I've switched the design templates entirely but the page (http://publisher.hotink.theorem.ca/accounts/51) won't register a thing.

(I'm a novice here, but help would be appreciated.)

Hey Mike, did you ever get this worked out? It sounds like there may have been an error in your design markup that prevented the design change from being accepted (sometimes the errors appear underneath the text area, which can make them hard to spot smaller monitors).
