Is there any more information on this, like which url is giving them the error? I can log in fine under all my test usernames, so it's not a general problem with the login system.
Errors like this aren't logged, as they arise anytime anyone tries to visit a Hot Ink url that doesn't exist. This happens several thousand times a day. The most common explanation for this sort of error is that they're attempting to visit the wrong url.
They've been trying to access the site from both the login link on cupwire.ca as well as through gateway.hotink.net/admin for about a week now. Both result in the same error every time they've attempted access.
Any other ideas?
I just logged in fine using gateway.hotink.net/admin. I'm not sure what the issue is at all. If there's a bug, I can fix it but I'll need to be able to reproduce it first.
FYI - this has been fixed.
The Gateway is reporting a "Page does not exist" error when they try to log into the wire.
