DNN 9.x Pop-Up Positioning #247

Describe the bug

All of the pop-up windows in the Hotcakes Commerce administration area are oddly positioned. Sometimes on the left, on the right, and other places.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install both DNN and Hotcakes Commerce.
  2. Configure Hotcakes Commerce using the wizard with any settings.
  3. Add sample products and categories.
  4. Create a new promotion of any kind to completion. This will trigger one of the pop-ups.

Expected behavior

The pop-up windows should all be centered horizontally and either centered vertically, or aligned towards the top of the viewport.
