HCC 3.8.0 - Always Ignore Stock Issue #490

Describe the bug

Our client has a product that's inventory is marked as "Always In Stock (Ignore Inventory)". We've set the inventory at 99,999 but it still displays the message "This product is NOT displayed on the store based on inventory". Other products with the exact same settings (and DB records_ do not show this message.

Please disregard. Client was toggling the "Active" checkbox while we were working on the site making changes.
