GUNSLINGER quick reload bug this skill will always reload even bullets full and waste bullets

PS：gunner 2-6，only works when kill enemys by physical hurt，the mirror images kill enemy can't work

PS：OUTLAW 3-7 has same bug as GUNSLINGER 3-7 before：8/6 100bullets after：6/6 99bullets
