The Beta has a lot of changes and fixes not found in the Master branch, and I'm pretty sure the Beta is stable enough right now that it will be okay to pull it to the Master branch.
I don't know of any bugs that exist in this version of the Beta, though I'm sure there are some hidden somewhere.
Some updates include:
No longer violating SteamVR files (I think) except SteamVR.cs line 78.
Custom Inspector to ease Overlay setup.
Attachment Points and Offset allows attaching to the World, the Screen, or either of the Controllers.
Attachment Base Position for Controllers to ease setup.
Custom Device Manager because SteamVR_ControllerManager wasn't working.
Added Gaze Detection for the Overlays.
Added Animated Overlays that react to Gaze Detection.
This version might need a bit more polish to the actual Scene and the Unity Project, but the scripts themselves are well tested in The OpenVRTwitchChat repo.
