Oculus Touch bugs #11

These issues apply to the Oculus Touch, because until today, I did not have Oculus Rift/Touch to test with.

Cursor is at wrong position
When Grabbing, Overlay is at wrong position and angle
Scrolling does not work for Oculus Touch (because there is no Touchpad)

These issues will be fixed in v1.0.3 - which should be out once I finish bug testing the changes.

v1.0.3 is on the experimental branch right now while I test it. Seems all okay on the Rift now, but I don't have my Vive setup at the moment so I don't want to push this to the main branch.

These issues are fixed in the main branch on Steam now, so I'm closing this issue. If you don't get the update, restart Steam.
