Add Scrollwheel support for editing Desktop UI values #31

Requested in a PM on Reddit is the ability to modify some of the UI elements, specifically the crop values, with the scroll wheel. Should be easy enough to implement.

Removed redundant label.

This is done now. All of the input fields and also the sliders can be controlled with the Scroll Wheel. Will close with next commit.
