Hide the cursor after several seconds of no movement (when it is being shown because of #36) #38

This issue only applies to the source until v1.0.6.

To add onto #36, when the cursor is being shown because the desktop cursor moved over it (and not because a controller is currently aiming over it), it should hide after several seconds of no movement. It would of course appear again when you moved the cursor.

This will probably be another toggle under "Additional Settings".
