use <code> for GID when listing downloads #1

This has been very helpful for me on android telegram clients, if I have to pause/resume/remove any downloads I can just long press to hold and get the information in to my clipboard.

Thanks for your feedback, however, I'm not going to merge this PR as the newly re-written bot is released to the public, you should consider using it, it's much better than the old one.
