• What are the responsibilities of the MES for this project? Anything besides hosting and maintaining the server and reviewing and sending back the reimbursement request?

Personas

• How old are MES members typically?
• Who typically submits expenses? who typically deals with and pays out expenses? is it MES members or Presidents/vps of the clubs?

What else are we implementing besides reimbursement request ability to receive and accept and history of requests, track request progress? Will historical records be retroactively added or are we starting from scratch with no records?

Meeting notes Stakeholder MSU has no say over anything! remove that and merge it in. Financial affairs can stay. Faculty of engineering can stay and CCGE faculty that interact with clubs (full time employees) General students + student leaders can both submit 2.4 MES is all undergrad Jamie persona 21 years old maybe add a third persona for financial administrator. add general user persona specific persona in Luke's rule i.e. vp finance another administer 2 on mes side of things.

We can include or not include historic data as a requirments, does not matter

we want to generate a pdf recipt to the users when a reimbursement confirmation is done

CRA mandates 7 years to save data, but well say forever. (usually only 1-2yrs will be loaded in when making this project) March 2022 is the oldest that he currently wants to be in the live system. Reimbursement can be approved by 1 or multiple people (first goes through some normal people on the MES, then approval goes through second =executive level on MES (2 people) ) -> extra could be to have the executives of CLUBS NOT MES
