Related to issue [Fixing live website thread card stack overlap & theme switch (fix+enhancement)]#28

[x] The theme switch box double deleted, restyled and moved to the nav bar with animation.
[x] Restacking the thread based on PR chronological order and stacking latest contributions from top to bottom unraveling the overlapping cards.
