This might be somewhat niché, but I'd find it useful: Can you provide a feature to export the whole (filtered?) list to a CSV file?
In addition (yeah, even more niché), I'd like to be able to browse the database found at http://www.3dsdb.com/ - this would only make sense with the CSV export feature, ofc. You may think it makes no sense cause you cannot create tickets from there, but you actually have this nice UI, so Shameless could also be used as a tool to get insights about the 3DS library.
