Added more details to Task Submission to help students submit projects via a simple GitHub Workflow.

The student does not need GitHub Classroom for project submission.
GitHub Classroom is to help partners manage multiple submissions easily.

@ashwinexe @shubh24 Do i have to make a PR on this repository from my forked repo for submission ? or Just push my final code into private repository generated by googleclassroom for the task.
