I witnessed this behavior the last few days, with something (to my knowledge in raysession) segfaulting on rapid sound playback. This issue was not present around a month ago, but too many packages on my system have changed to pinpoint an exact cause. The easiest way to trigger this is to quickly spin a volume scroll wheel in KDE. It will play an indicator sound over libcanberra, which seems to mess up sometimes, as seen in the log. This seems to lead to a crash in Jack Connections and Carla.
