Second practice dataset #2

This guide will be less detailed for steps previously covered in #1. The bolded steps should be more detailed. Additionally, while the first data set was worked on interactively, this one should be done a file that will use knitr::spin to generate a reproducible report.

Did we decided on the second dataset?

I think we decided to introduce filtering/subsetting in "Cleaning it", correct?

We still need to add some screenshots, but it should be more or less ready to go otherwise.
