Describe the bug In the Lake biome from the Twilight Forest, there are way too many Krakens spawning.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install Twilight Forest
Install Outvoted
Open the game
Go to the Lake biome form Twilight Forest
Admire the Krakens
