Jewish calendar counterpart of "islamic.h" #296

Judaism uses a lunar calendar similar, yet different, to Islam. Lunar month lengths are fixed, but there's a 19-year cycle of having 13th month to align the lunar calendar with the solar one (yes that's kind of silly since you get at least as much as a half-month drift through this cycle).

So, why not a jewish.h with that calendar?

Simply lack of time. I'd love to have one.

So I'm not an expert on this (I merely have a Jewish background), but if I can find the time maybe I'll fork and offer a PR. No promises though.
