Resizing images using Github Markdown #2

How the heck do you resize an image using GitHub's markdown? Seems like I need something about HTML but I need some advice. This is not a priority, as updating text with correct and up-to-date information is the thing I'm going to be focusing on.

I'm also researching myself, but with some help I can get this done much faster. If anyone have any idea drop a comment.
