New less expensive instances are available. We currently use a t2.small.

`t4g.small`	$0.0168	2	2 GiB
`t4g.micro`	$0.0084	2	1 GiB

Unlimited mode can apply to t4 instances: unlimited mode pricing

Went with t4g.micro. Also updated storage to gp3.
