Get-eBayReturns doesn't accept any parameters #3

Get-eBayReturns is only somewhat viable in current state. I would like to see it also accept date filters and limit parameters per: https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/post-order/post-order_v2_return_search__get.html#overview
