Merging changes to this fork's master branch. Seems as though the original branch is going to remain unmaintained. I feel bad triggering their CI for each commit I make since there's an open PR https://github.com/darfink/detour-rs/pull/41.
I plan, at the very least, to continue handling/fixing any nightly changes, and hope to improve the crate a little bit going forward.
