File traduction property file #38

Add traduction in French (fr_FR), Spanish (es_ES) and default (en.US). properties file are already created.

Have done all traductions for hardcoded labels and texts in code. Refactoring translation file Delete some useless translation and merge equals one.

Supported: fr_fr, en_en, es_es
