✨fix format of cover & pagenumber #11

這樣的作法偏向是 hotfix 了，如果你方便處理的話：

頁碼部分改以 \frontmatter 處理
指導教授英文部分改為調整 \makecover 中的內容，比如我自己使用的這份模板版本中的方式

如果嫌麻煩的話也無妨，再將上述這些 hotfix 的調整方式添加到 #10 裡面，等我空閒的時候再一併提交一個版本了……

OK, 頁碼部分我不會使用 \frontmatter ，其餘兩項已在 ntuthesis.cls 中修正。
