Ability to encode oauth secret the same way the password is encoded #101

Currently, if I have a cron job set to run gdocbackup in Google Apps Oauth 
mode, I need to specify the oauth key in the command. Other users of the system 
could potentially get the oauth key by examining running processes.

If the oauth key could be encrypted in the same style as the individual user 
password, this could be prevented.
