When downloading files, is there a way to specify which files should download? 
As in: I have 4 files and I want to download/backup only 2 of them.

The reason for this is that I want two files to DL to one folder, the other two 
to another folder, so I'd have 2 CMD versions specifying which file to DL where.

No. GDocBackup backups all files.  Sorry.
