Won't download all document from account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the following command won't download all documents: 
./GDocBackupCMD.exe -mode=backup -username=alex.*@*.co.uk -password=*** 
-destDir=/home/socross/samba/files/calculis/ -docF=doc -sprsF=xls -presF=ppt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It looks like many folders are created, but not many files are downloaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating 
system?GDocBackup_0.4.21.107_CMD, Ubuntu 10.02

Please provide any additional information below.
I have run multiple times, and if I do a du command, it shows that the total 
amount downloaded is 55 meg even though there is several gigs to come down.

Yep, did that, run the command and the same thing happened.
