Update: It seems to be an issue on Google service. I'm investigating.

Found a temporary patch:

gdocStream = request.Download(doc, downloadtype.ToString() + 
"&dummy=spreadsheets.google.com");

Tnx, fixed my application :-) Do you think this fix will keep on working in the
