Multiple downloads & uploads #4

When rackspacecloudfiles.mod will be thread-safe in both core and the GUI it should be possible to set the number of simultaneous uploads/downloads.

Really should pick this up again. Syncing a 10GB container takes too long. Need to do multiple requests at once.
