Drains servers to 0% money

Runs good for some time but then I see some servers are really low on Money. In some cases "0".

I try 0.8 Money Percentage in the config file for a while, let's see if the available money will be higher

Ok, when changing the 0.95 to something smaller it doesn't drain the servers. I go with 0.8 for now.
