Test of exchange.service.ts #167

By testing exchange.service.ts, we will need to achieve:

[ ] Being able to load multiple API keys from different exchanges
[ ] Being able to get all API key balance
[ ] Being able to get deposit address of API key
[ ] Being able to create withdrawal for API key
[ ] Being able to place spot order
[ ] Being able to update spot order state for different exchanges correctly (placedOrderUpdater)

Make sure everything is working and fix all possible bugs
