Add checks before placing spot order in UI #169

Based on #164, we will add in UI (/spot):

  1. Check minium amount, prevent placing order if amount is smaller than minium amount
  2. Check maximum amount, show a confirm dialog asking if the user accepts delayed transfer if the amount is larger than maximum amount
