Power state when HDMI device is not connected #13

IDK if it is a bug or a plugin design but ATV switch is off until my TV is turned on.

I need this plugin to trigger automation turning on my TV when ATV starts but in this case it's not working (I don't have CEC in my TV). Any ideas how to manage it?
