Power State Always Off #22

Describe Your Problem:

I have the ATV switch added to some automations and they work well.

I am able to turn the ATV on and off via homekit.

Regardless of the power state of the ATV the switch always shows as Off.

Not a huge deal it's just odd.

OS Ubuntu Focal Fossa (20.04.3) HB 1.6.1 Node.js Version v18.13.0 Plugin 1.1.1

I tried to cleared the cache for the plugin it it's still saying power is false from cached accessory.
