Issue in Main documentation - Step 2.3 - Local genomic features URL #9

The URL for the Local genomic features in the step 3 of section 2(https://github.com/HuMingLab/SnapHiC#2-required-input-files) of the main documentation is not working. Following is the URL listed in there.

Could you please provide the correct link?

Local genomic features (including mappability scores) for different reference genomes, different bin resolutions. The link doesn't find the website. Can you provide the clue how to find the third input file for other resolution?
