build of r17 fails; TalkNetworkKinect.cs missing #12

I checked out the latest sources (r17, 8/24/12) and my build failed, likely 
because TalkNetworkKinect.cs is not included in the sources.

Here the message I got:
Error   2   Source file '...\iSpyApplication\Audio\talk\TalkNetworkKinect.cs' could 
not be opened ('Unspecified error ')    iSpyApplication

Also, there is a warning that component 'Microsoft.Kinect' could not be found.  
Could Microsoft.Kinect be included with the source?  (In DLLs?)

I succeeded to build the iSpyApplication for r11.  Used Microsoft.Kinect.dll 
from the regular (non-source) download.  To get the r11 build to succeed, I 
also needed to
* give Full control to my user account for iSpyApplication\avformat-53.dll, 
avcodec-53.dll, avutil-51.dll, swscale-2.dll
* remove Post-build event "call "$(SolutionDir)signing\iSpyApplication.bat""
