Cannot Access Web Settings on Windows Server 2008 DataCenter

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load iSpy
2. Click on Web Settings.
3. Web settings panel does not come up. You end up having to force end the app. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v4.4.5.0 iSpy - Windows Server 2008 DataCenter Service pack2 and all updates.

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything else in the app works besides this feature which is the most 
important feature for me. I signed up for the monthly contract but am unable to 
use it until this is fixed. I also am running 10 Windows 8 Server's that will 
all be using iSpy so fixing this is really important for my company.

I've seen this before with a broken IPv6 platform on the computer. Go into 
settings and Uncheck "Enable IPv6 Support" and then try web settings again.

Failing that, can you check the log file - View->Log File.
