@AhmedHashish123 hi, did you find/derive this file? I think this is a triangles set about the lip, so it's viable to derive by landmarks

@JH-Lam @SPECTRELWF sorry for the late reply. I have been off for a while. I couldn't find the files, but I switched to different make up transfer repos like Simswap and CPM.
