Arduino binary depends on development files #3

Hi, I think the dependency should be just the library 'liblistserialsj1' and not its development files 'liblistserialsj-dev'. Or do you actually need this files to run arduino?

For some reason liblistserialsj-dev is the package that has lib liblistSerialsj.so (as a link to liblistSerialsj.so.1), if you can change this in the package i will hapily use liblistserialsj 😛

My bad for not knowing where to report it
