Tooltip not working propery on Firefox #482

Hubpress Version : 0.7.0 Firefox Version : 52.0b9

In the top menu, the tooltips not working properly. On hover the tooltip appears then disapears few milliseconds after. I tried with other browsers and it works like a charm.

This is a good observation, @jabby

I ran the tooltips past my designers and they suggested that a better pattern is to have both the icon and the UI text shown at all times.

For this very reason.

Also, the tooltips do not support our mobile users because there is no long-tap integration on the tooltips.

@anthonny will take a look at this one when he gets a chance.
