Additional ref codes for Tip, Bag Fee, and other charge.

@fsantucci Where do these codes come from? I cannot see them in the integration sheet

Do you have an email exchange with them that confirms these codes will be used from now on for all stores?

Ok I've seen the email exchange, I'll follow up with them.

For reference, email subject is "Ref Code Update", dated 28/2/2024.
