[GLOBAL CHANGE] Non-breaking spaces inclusion in FR #995

@antmonnier, this is ready for publication. I want to avoir having : isolated in a second line, alone, before bullet points. I have seen this in Expedy and other projects too.

Je pense que ce genre de chose devrait être faite dans le code, plutôt que dans le contenu. Tu mets un nbsp avant les ":" et "?", c'est bien ça ?

Le problème ne se pose qu'en français ?

This PR is superseded by #1001, which adds nbsp before punctuation in code.

@janaina-wittner I suggest you close this PR, and let me know if any layout issues remain on master.
