Initial Connection of Repo to Postman and Test File Modification for HubSpot API Schemas #3

This PR represents a one-time commitment and includes the following changes:

Modified sendEventCompletions.json file with a single line change to ensure changes are reflected correctly in the Postman UI.
The remaining commits establish the initial connection of the repository to Postman, incorporating 48 HubSpot API schemas.
