Add example content from cms-js-platform-building-blocks #2

Description

This PR directly takes the content from cms-js-platform building blocks. Let me know if anything should be moved or adjusted. Since this repo will be private until we work out all the pieces from the EPIC, we can likely move forward with what we have right now and prune later.
