Remove blog-pagination in favor of default pagination

Description

This PR replaces the custom blog-pagination module with the default pagination. The style and functionality are identical to the custom module.

This is looking good! Would we be able to adjust the old theme styles for the old custom module here and adjust the selectors so that the theme styles flow through to the new default module?
